All rentals require:
- insurance coverage from an insurance company of your choice or through Foster Park at fosterpark.ca
- proof of residency
- damage deposit.
Renters serving alcohol must also obtain a Liquor License through: www.aglc.ca/event-licence.

- Complete the rental agreement documents above and email them to booking@inglewoodcl.com.
- An Inglewood Community League member will contact you regarding your booking request.
Main Hall
The Main Hall or lower floor of the hall accommodates up to 140 people and has a commercial kitchen. Damage Deposit: $500
The Hall features a large open space, a small stage, and a large number of stacking chairs, collapsible round tables, and collapsible rectangular tables.
The Commercial Kitchen is approved by Alberta Health Services for commercial uses and is attached to the Main Hall with a lockable door and roller shutter. At the present time, rental of the Main Hall includes use of the kitchen at no extra charge.

Loft
The Loft is a classic boardroom for up to 40 people. Damage Deposit: $200
The Loft Hall includes padded chairs, padded stools, and collapsible tables typically arranged in a boardroom configuration. The room also includes an 85” digital screen for meetings and viewing streaming events.
The Loft also includes a small kitchenette space (Loft Bar) with a sink, fridge, kettle, and microwave. There are no cooking surfaces. At the present time, rental of the Loft Hall includes the use of the Loft Bar at no additional charge.

Definitions and Terms
Off-Peak Hours: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm.
Peak Hours:
- Friday from 5:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
- Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm.
Note: Friday days are reserved for hall cleaning and maintenance.
Children’s Parties: Up to 3 hours in duration. Can be booked during Off-Peak or Peak hours (except Friday days)
Full Weekends: from Friday 5:00 pm until Sunday 11:00 pm.
All Day Booking: A booking period not to exceed 8 hours.
Half Day Booking: A booking period not to exceed 5 hours.
Members refer to any resident of the Inglewood Community who is an active and current member on the membership list of the Inglewood Community League.
Non-members refer to any person or organization who is not an active and current member of the Inglewood Community League, even if they are a current member of a different community league.
