One of our most popular events is returning! Whether you want to improve your mobility, meet new people, or practice some self care our yoga classes can help get you on the right track in the new year!
Yoga increases an overall sense of well-being, promotes positivity, helps prevent falls by working on core strength and improves balance – to name just a few of the benefits! This class is designed to be inclusive – suitable for all stages, ages (teens & adults) & abilities.
This 10 week program works in partnership with Dancing Willow Yoga.
Tuesday Evenings between 7 PM – 8 PM from October 13 – December 15

Drop-In Rates: Sorry – no drop-ins at this time due to COVID restrictions.
The Inglewood Community League Board wants to make programs in the community accessible. Any community members that are interested in our winter yoga program but find the rates are steep for their budget, please connect with us confidentially.
