JULY 6TH PUB NIGHT

Cosmos Bar and Grill on 124th St. hosted the most recent Inglewood Community Pub Night on Friday, July 6. About thirty people came out to enjoy some complimentary appetizers such as onion rings, chicken wings, and other Greek pastries and salads. Conversation was lively around all the tables and included discussions on city planning, Inglewood’s upcoming renewal program, community soccer, the World Cup, the Eskimos, to name just a few.

Inglewood hosts a pub night at a local bar about every 3 months. Attendance is free. The Inglewood Community League sponsors some food and door prizes for residents who are Community League members. Membership is currently free. Watch out for our next pub night announcement to be held sometime in September.

Come and meet friends and neighbours of the Inglewood area while enjoying a drink and free appetizers!

Our next pub night will be at Cosmos Greek Kitchen, 10810 124 St, on Friday, July 6, 2018. Appetizers will start at 7:30 PM, and there will be draws for 5 door prizes starting at 8:30. These events are always fun and popular – our last pub night drew close to 60 people, and featured some karaoke performances by some of your friendly Inglewood Community League board members.
